Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of enchantressfilterai.com (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of Enchantress Filter AI at https://enchantressfilterai.com (the “Service”). Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. By signing in or buying credits, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Enchantress Filter AI does

You upload one photo. Our AI then generates a short vertical video — roughly 10 seconds, 9:16 — in the Enchantress Filter / moon-witch transformation style.

Core deliverable. When a generation succeeds, you receive a downloadable ~10-second, 9:16 MP4 of the Enchantress / moon-witch effect based on your photo. The disclaimers below describe reasonable variation in generative AI output; they do not excuse clear non-delivery of a playable clip of that product, or delivery of another user’s video as yours.

Design target for the effect. Our scene is built around a familiar flow (for example: closed eyes / reach → dark wipe → crescent-crown enchantress look → shh). Individual beats can vary with the model. We do not guarantee that every marketed micro-action appears identically in every render.

You do not need to write a prompt. The look and shot sequence are defined by us.

Generation time. A job typically takes a few minutes. Busy periods can take longer. You may leave the page while it runs; when it finishes, find the result in your account (My videos). We do not guarantee a fixed clock time.

Digital goods produced by generative AI may vary from sample clips and from one run to another. Without limiting §7, we do not guarantee:

• that faces will match the photo exactly or meet a specific similarity score;
• that every action or transition will appear exactly as on marketing pages;
• that makeup, costume details, or lighting will match any particular aesthetic preference;
• that audio will come out a particular way;
• a specific finish time.

Sample videos on the site illustrate the style of the effect. They are not a warranty of your exact result. Outputs are provided for personal entertainment only (see §5).

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live. You sign in with Google or with an email one-time code, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Keep it secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

3. Photos and rights

This section matters most. Each time you upload a photo, you promise that:

1. You have the right to use the photo. You took it, own it, or have permission from whoever does.
2. The person pictured has agreed (or is you) to being turned into an AI Enchantress Filter / witch-style video, and to how you plan to use or share the result.
3. Everyone pictured is an adult. No one in the photo is under 18, and no one appears to be.
4. No celebrity, public-figure, or unauthorized likeness use. You must not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or other people whose likeness you are not allowed to use — including for impersonation, defamation, or misleading content. This Service is not a celebrity deepfake or face-swap product. Uploading such photos is prohibited. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break this rule. We do not represent that every prohibited photo will be automatically detected or blocked before generation.

Any consent checkbox before you generate is your confirmation of the points above. We do not independently verify every person’s permission; the responsibility is yours.

4. Content rules

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, or share:

• sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including “undressing” edits or sexual deepfakes;
• anything involving minors, in any role;
• photos of celebrities, public figures, or other people you are not allowed to depict (see §3);
• content that impersonates, harasses, bullies, humiliates, threatens, or defames a real person;
• content that presents AI-generated footage as a real event in order to deceive people (for example faking evidence, news, or endorsements);
• graphic gore, real violence, encouragement of self-harm, hate speech, or other illegal content;
• material that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You also may not:

• try to get around our safety checks, rate limits, or credit system;
• scrape or overload the Service, or probe for weaknesses;
• access other people’s accounts or files;
• resell access without our permission.

How we enforce these rules. We or our providers may block an upload or a result that seems to break them. We may also remove content, refuse service, or suspend or close accounts. We do not guarantee automatic detection of every violation. Credits spent on a job that breaks these rules are not restored. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

Reporting. To report a video, or a photo of you used without consent, email support@enchantressfilterai.com. You do not need an account.

5. Your content

Your photo. It stays yours. You give us, and the providers that help us run the Service, a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, and send your photo for these purposes only:

• making and delivering your video;
• providing support;
• enforcing these terms.

That permission ends when the photo is deleted under our Privacy Policy retention rules, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain briefly in backups. We do not publish your photos or videos as public samples without your separate written permission.

Your videos. As between you and us, you may download and keep the videos you generate for personal entertainment use only. You may share a video you generated on your own personal social media accounts, provided you respect the rights of anyone pictured and the rules of the platforms you post to. You may not sell, license, sublicense, or redistribute outputs for commercial purposes; use them in advertising, paid promotions, or bulk commercial campaigns; or offer them as a paid service to others — unless we agree otherwise in writing.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar outputs can happen for different users. We do not promise that a video is exclusive or registrable.

When you post a video:

• follow the platform’s rules for AI-generated content, and add an AI label where required;
• make sure any music you add is licensed (our built-in audio is our own accompaniment; do not assume you own third-party trend tracks).

Storage. Download your videos to keep them. Finished videos remain available in My videos for a limited period described in the Privacy Policy (about 30 days from generation). We do not promise permanent storage. Uploaded photos are processed for generation and are not offered as a lasting photo library in your account.

6. Credits and payment

How credits work. Videos are paid for with credits. Each Enchantress Filter video costs 1 credit (1 credit = 1 video).

The cost appears before you press generate. Credits come in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Prices can change; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Credit rules.

• Expiry. Credits do not expire.
• Use. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and can be used only on Enchantress Filter AI.
• Credits on hold. When you start a video, the credits for that job are reserved.
• Failed or undelivered jobs. If a paid generation does not result in a downloadable video because of a technical failure or non-delivery on our side (including where our providers fail and our systems record the job as failed or not delivered), we will typically restore the corresponding credit / allowance to your balance so you can try again. Classification is based on our system records. A job that is still queued or processing has not failed yet — check My videos before starting another.
• Expected variation. Reasonable variations in appearance, makeup, motion, likeness, costume detail, or lighting within a playable ~10-second Enchantress clip are expected for this type of digital product and do not by themselves entitle you to a credit restoration or a refund.

Payment through Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and billing details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and handled under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We remain responsible for providing the Service and the credits you bought. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Refunds and remedies

Purchases on the Service are for digital goods (credit packs used to generate AI videos). Because rendering is costly and results can vary, our primary remedies are restoration of credits / allowance and, where appropriate, re-running a generation. Monetary refunds are considered where described below, where we cannot deliver the purchased digital product after reasonable efforts, or where applicable law requires.

Remedy overview

If we cannot deliver. If, after reasonable efforts, we cannot deliver the purchased digital product for a paid generation, or in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, email support@enchantressfilterai.com. We will review the matter and may restore credits, re-run generation, or provide a refund where appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

How to ask. Email support@enchantressfilterai.com from the email address on your account (Google, or the address you used for the email code), and include: account email, purchase date/amount or order ID, and a brief description of the issue. Never send your card number or password.

Please contact us before opening a bank or card dispute so we can try to resolve the issue. Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may be closed. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, credits from that purchase are removed.

8. Changes, availability, and ending things

Changes to the Service. We may add, change, or retire features, looks, models, or providers, and we may pause the Service for maintenance.

Closing your account. You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. Unused credits are generally lost when an account is closed at your request, unless applicable law or a refund we issue under §7 gives you a different outcome.

If we end your access. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, commits fraud or abusive chargebacks, or puts other people at risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will meet your creative expectations, including any particular similarity to the uploaded photo or to sample videos.

Nothing in this section excuses clear non-delivery of the core product described in §1 (a playable ~10s / 9:16 Enchantress-style MP4 when we owe you a successful job). Those cases follow §7.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, neither we nor our providers are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim;
• US $50.

You are responsible for how you use and share your videos. You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim arises because you uploaded a photo without the required rights or consent, or broke these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

Before starting any formal claim, please email support@enchantressfilterai.com so we can try to sort it out within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. A change will not take away credits you have already bought.

13. No affiliation

Enchantress Filter AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CapCut, TikTok, any film studio, or any AI model maker. Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. “Enchantress Filter” / “moon witch” describe the style of effect we offer; they are not a claim of affiliation with any third-party template brand.
